To ensure residents’ right to live in a healthy and safe environment, improve land use, and redevelop areas cleared through the removal of garages from designated locations, a phased improvement program is being implemented across the city.
As part of this initiative, old garages occupying public spaces at two locations in the 6th and 30th Khoroos of Bayangol District were completely demolished. The vacated land has since been redeveloped for public use. In addition, the construction of children’s playgrounds within residential neighborhoods is currently underway.
Under the redevelopment project, parking facilities, pedestrian walkways, an archery practice area, and children’s playgrounds have been constructed and commissioned at three separate locations, creating improved public spaces for local residents.
