The redevelopment project involving the demolition and reconstruction of Building No. 207 in the 26th khoroo of Bayanzurkh District is being implemented by a partnership between Double Pyramid Construction LLC and Gerege Technology LLC, with the Ulaanbaatar City Investment Agency carrying out client-side supervision.
Representatives of the contractor presented their work plan, stating that they aim to complete the exterior landscaping and façade works by November 1, 2026, and subsequently commence the interior finishing works.
A total of 63 households, comprising 218 residents of the building, have been living in temporary rental accommodation to date. Therefore, there is a need to expedite the construction works in accordance with the required quality and technical standards and enable the residents to return to their homes as soon as possible.
In this regard, M. Govisaihan, Director of the Ulaanbaatar City Investment Agency, met with representatives of the contractor and expressed the Agency’s commitment to providing all necessary support and cooperation to ensure that the building is fully completed by March 1, 2027, and that the residents are able to return to their homes.
