Construction of a new school with a capacity of 640 students, funded by the Ulaanbaatar City budget, is progressing at 65 percent in the 8th Khoroo of Chingeltei District.
The school consists of two buildings, Block A and Block B, with a total floor area of 3,072 square meters. Block A is a three-story building with a basement, measuring 16.0 × 54.0 meters, while Block B is a three-story building without a basement, measuring 12.0 × 30.0 meters.
To date, masonry and plastering works have been fully completed, and window installation is nearing completion. Interior electrical and communication system installations are ongoing, while the wastewater pipeline has been completed.
In addition, stone flooring on the first and second floors, as well as the stone stair landings between floors, has been completed. Interior finishing works on the first floor and window installation for the school’s sports hall are currently in progress.
