Construction of a sports hall with a swimming pool at School No. 37 in the 17th khoroo of Chingeltei District, being implemented with funding from the Ulaanbaatar City budget, is now over 80 percent complete.
The project aims to improve students’ learning environment, support their health and physical development, and provide better facilities and opportunities for engaging in sports. Construction began last year, with “Lumos Maxima” LLC serving as the contractor.
Interior finishing works are currently underway. The remaining works, including the installation of engineering utility networks and equipment, as well as landscaping and site improvement, will be carried out in phases.
