Construction of a 100-child-capacity kindergarten in the 9th khoroo of Khan-Uul District has been fully completed and officially accepted by the State Commission.
The kindergarten is a 1,041.62-square-meter, single-story building consisting of three blocks. It features a reinforced concrete frame structure, an insulated metal-panel façade, and a flat-roof design.
The facility includes four classrooms, four sleeping and changing rooms, a physical fitness room, and an arts hall, all designed to provide children with a comfortable and safe environment conducive to learning and development.
As part of the external landscaping and site improvement works, pedestrian walkways, parking areas, outdoor lighting, green spaces, a children’s playground, exercise equipment, and other related facilities have been installed.
As part of the project, Inertsi LLC carried out the construction of the 50-child-capacity kindergarten building, while Tavan-Od Construction LLC completed the construction of the other 50-child-capacity kindergarten building and the connecting section. The Ulaanbaatar City Investment Agency provided technical supervision on behalf of the client throughout the construction process.
