L.Khosbayar, Representative of the Citizens’ Representatives’ Khural of the Capital City, and relevant officials visited the construction site of a 720-seat general education school currently being built with funding from the Ulaanbaatar City budget in the 17th khoroo of Khan-Uul District.
The construction and installation works are being carried out by Gurvanbulag Sod LLC. During the site visit, L. Khosbayar instructed the relevant engineers and the contractor to accelerate construction, fully complete the works by November 15, and make the necessary preparations for the school to be presented to the State Commission for acceptance.
He also highlighted that a landscaping project is currently being implemented at more than 170 schools across Ulaanbaatar to improve learning environments for teachers and students. He expressed his intention to include the newly constructed school in the project once it is commissioned and develop it as a model school in Khan-Uul District.
Once completed and commissioned, the school will provide children living in the 17th khoroo of Khan-Uul District with access to public-school education.
