Construction of a 960-seat general education school is currently underway in the 2nd khoroo of Bayanzurkh District, in the Dari-Ekh area.
A meeting was held with representatives of the contractor company and relevant engineers to discuss the progress and performance of the construction works, as well as challenges encountered and tasks requiring further action. The meeting was attended by Ch. Batzorig, Representative of the Citizens’ Representatives’ Khural of the Capital City; M. Govisaihan, Director of the Ulaanbaatar City Investment Agency; and other relevant officials.
During the meeting, M. Govisaihan, Director of the Ulaanbaatar City Investment Agency, stated that efforts are being made to accelerate construction works, ensure compliance with quality and technical standards, and complete the school for commissioning within the current academic year.
The construction and installation works are being carried out by MBC LLC. Once completed and commissioned, the school is expected to provide children in the surrounding area with improved learning conditions, expand access to education, and help reduce the student load at nearby schools.
