As part of the capital city’s budget-funded investment program, external utility infrastructure and landscaping works at the public transport depot of Passenger Transport-4 (a Local Government-Owned Enterprise), located in the 10th khoroo of Khan-Uul District, are progressing with 73% completion.
The project includes the construction of 32,835 square meters of asphalt roadway, 8,988 square meters of pedestrian walkways and public spaces, as well as 152 new open-air parking spaces for buses.
In addition, external improvement works are being carried out across nine sections, including the installation of stormwater drainage pipelines, landscaping, lawn planting, benches, shelters, and fencing. The project is progressing according to the approved construction schedule.
