“Tourism week” conference was held today in Ulaanbaatar. More than 880 people representing the industry from 21 provinces gathered to determine the past works in the tourism industry and the future policies. This includes the Department of Environment and Tourism, tourism associations, academics and researchers, guides and interpreters, and representatives of enterprises operating in the industry.
Mongolia has set a goal of receiving one million tourists this year. As for today, 115,828 tourists have come to Mongolia.
