Exterior facade renovation and roof repair works are being carried out to improve residents’ living conditions and reduce heat loss in older apartment buildings.
As part of this effort, roof repair works covering a total area of 12,262 square meters at 19 residential apartment building sites located in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 10th, 19th, and 20th khoroos of Khan-Uul District have been completed and officially commissioned.
The project was financed through the city budget and implemented by Intel Hightech LLC, while the Capital City Investment Agency provided technical supervision on behalf of the client.
