With funding from the state budget, a new school building with a capacity of 640 students has been commissioned in the Olymp Resident of the 26th khoroo, Bayanzurkh district.
Specifically, there was a pressing need for a public school in this khoroo. The design of a model school building was revised and adapted to the available land, ensuring compliance with school construction standards. The new facility includes both large and small gymnasiums, with the interior designed to reflect modern educational architecture. The school is a three-story structure with a basement level, built with stone wool insulation and finished with a combination of metal and stone facade. Pedestrian walkways and parking spaces were also constructed as part of this project.
The building was officially commissioned on February 17,2025, following an inspection by the permanent acceptance committee. The construction work was carried out by Golden Light Group LLC, with technical supervision on behalf of the client provided by the Investment Department of the Capital city.
