As part of the 2026 Performance Plan of the Legal and Internal Control Division of the City Investment Agency and the 2026 Action Plan under the Human Resources Development Program approved by the Director on January 2, 2026, a training session titled “Conflict of Interest in the Civil Service: Law, Ethics, and Accountability” was organized on June 26, 2026. The training aimed to enhance the legal knowledge and awareness of all employees.
The training was delivered by Ts. Amarsanaa, Senior Lecturer at Shikhikhutug University, lawyer, Doctor of Law (Ph.D.), and Member of the Governing Board of the Mongolian Bar Association. During the session, participants received comprehensive information on preventing conflicts of interest in the civil service, the relevant legal framework, and the legal responsibilities and liabilities arising from violations.
The training was held in Room 207 on the second floor of Building B of the Local Administration Building. All employees actively participated in the session, strengthening their understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to public service.
