As part of the “Shilen” transparency initiative implemented by the Government of Mongolia, the Ulaanbaatar City and nine district Governors’ Offices, Governors’ Offices of 21 provinces, and government implementing agencies are required to publish their open information on the official website www.shilen.gov.mn and undergo quarterly assessments.
A total of 5,332 government organizations publish their open information on the website, with the City Investment Agency receiving an information transparency rating of 97.4 percent.
Under the Law on Public Information Transparency, organizations responsible for information are required to keep more than 60 types of information continuously open and accessible to the public.
Accordingly, the City Investment Agency has ensured transparent and open access to information related to its functions, including its operational strategy, organizational structure, human resources, budget and finance, public procurement, and services provided to citizens.
