The construction of a new 50-child capacity kindergarten building in the 16th khoroo of Sukhbaatar District has been completed and officially commissioned. The two-story building, with dimensions of 18.0m x 16.0m and no basement, was built with the goal of improving access to quality early childhood education and enhancing the learning environment for children.
The facility includes classrooms, staff rooms, music and instrument rooms, a kitchen, and other functional spaces—all designed and built in compliance with relevant standards. The kindergarten is fully equipped with a fire alarm system and CCTV surveillance, and the building is heated using an electric heating system.
This development project was funded by the state budget and implemented by Villa Bridge LLC. Technical supervision of the construction was carried out by the Investment Department of the Capital city.
