The construction of the extension building for Kindergarten No. 248, located in the 13th khoroo of Sukhbaatar District, has been fully completed. The new wing accommodates 6 groups with a total capacity of 150 children and includes all necessary works such as utility connections, interior and exterior electrical systems, and communication and alarm installations. The facility is now ready for commissioning.
The extension building is a two-story building with a basement and includes facilities such as classrooms, a methodology and cultural traditions center, an arts hall, staff rooms, a kitchen, and other supporting infrastructure. A rooftop play area with safety railings has also been installed, providing children with additional space for outdoor activities and recreation.
With the completion of this extension, access to public kindergarten services (state-owned) has been significantly improved, allowing children in the local district to learn and grow in a healthy, safe, and standards-compliant environment.
The construction project design was developed by MSL LLC, and the main construction work was carried out by Vankhuu LLC with technical supervision on behalf of the client provided by the Investment Department of the Capital city, funded through the district’s local budget.
