With funding from the district budget, a new complex building has been commissioned in the 17th khoroo of Chingeltei District.
This new facility will serve over 2500 households—more than 8000 residents—by providing access to essential public services in one location, including primary emergency healthcare, public safety services, and local government services. The center is expected to significantly improve the accessibility and efficiency of public service delivery for residents.
The first floor of the building houses a one-stop service room, a surveillance center, an inspector’s office, and a training room. Consultation rooms and a reception for the family clinic are located on the second floor. The third floor includes a senior citizens’ hall, a child development center, a youth organization office, a fitness room, and a conference hall.
The engineering design of the building was developed by Catalyst Project LLC, with Rockgrand LLC serving as the general contractor. Technical supervision on behalf of the client was carried out by the Investment Department of the Capital city.
