The “Urt Tsagaan” commercial and service center, which no longer met operational standards, was demolished in January 2024. Work to develop a new park with an underground parking facility began in September 2024.
The Urt Tsagaan Project consists of two construction phases. The first phase, which involves the development of the park area, is expected to be completed and open to the public by July 2024.
