Located in Bayanzurkh District, 10th khoroo — in the area popularly known as “Adam and Eve Monuments” — the project is the first and largest extreme sports facility of its kind in Ulaanbaatar.
The complex includes a full-scale extreme sports park, an open-air cinema (auto cinema), a performance stage, beach volleyball courts, children’s playgrounds, a pedestrian street, a commercial promenade, walkways and cycling paths, a bicycle rental station, landscaped green areas, outdoor fitness zones, and other development works. Seating areas have also been installed at the 3×3 basketball court for spectators.
Notably, the facility is designed for year-round use — during winter months, parts of the site will be transformed into an ice-skating rink, supporting youth engagement in physical activities and providing a safe, healthy environment for recreational time throughout all seasons.
