Finance and Administration Division

Main functions of the Finance and Inventory Management Division:
1. Ensure the financial operations of the department are conducted in compliance with the Accounting Law and regulations, and manage them efficiently, which include planning and controlling cash flows, reporting the results through financial statements, ensuring no discrepancies in asset management, improving the registration and oversight of asset safeguarding, financing investments according to the Budget Law, and providing regular financial updates to management.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, within the legal timeframe, covering financial activities, investments, and financing activities.
3. Monitor and ensure the integrity and proper use of inventory, assets and property.
4. Control, validate, and finance the execution of construction and design drawing works for projects and initiatives.
5. Ensure the fulfillment of contractual agreements and the implementation of plans aimed at enhancing economic efficiency, and make reports on the results.
6. Ensure compliance with the Law on Transparency in Public Disclosure (Glass accounts or Open Data Law).
7. Establish buying and selling contracts and tender bids with both affiliated and external organizations in accordance with the law, and organize relevant trainings.
8. Other duties as required.
