Functions of the Administrative Division:
1. Provide condition for smooth operation of daily activities of the Department.
2. Organize and implement the joint operation, internal reorganization, main objectives, and functions.
3. Establish and sign labor contracts with employees.
4. Monitor the implementation of functions specified in the internal labor regulation and job descriptions, and related rules and procedures.
5. Oversee disciplines, ethics, responsibilities of the employees, and take corrective measures if necessary.
6. Organize the training, re-training, and resolving the social issues for employees.
7. Offer incentives for employees, organize making decisions on disciplinary actions.
8. Handle document management of administrative, human resource, archival and office operations.
9. Organize trainings, seminars, and public events.
10. Evaluate and assess work performance of the employee.
11. Ensure the implementation of performance plan.
12. Make compliance of ethical codes.
13. Organize the board meetings of the director and operations of emergency meetings.
14. Receive and register documents submitted via the joint service center.
15. Other duties as required.
